Please read the following information carefully, as your access and use of the site is conditioned on your agreement to accomplice with the Terms.

If your continued use of this Site will indicate your agreement to be bound by the terms set forth below.
Do not use the site if you disagree with any of the terms.

Refunds (if applicable)
We currently don’t accept returns on any items unless the product is defective.

You may exchange an item within 24 hours after the purchase has been made.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation of Orders/Pre Order Items and Out of Stock Items
• Radiant Crystal will make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out-of-stock inventory.
• We do not offer any cancelations after 24hrs purchases have been made.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If a customer receives a damaged or broken item, you must contact Radiant Crystal through email ([email protected]) or Instagram (YR.radiantcrystal) with picture proof and within 2 days of the delivered package.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Radiant Crystal.

Orders are processed within 1-4 business days, + Free tracking updates. Business days do NOT include weekends or holidays. Please be advised that Covid-19 can cause possible delivery delays.

Standard shipping is the only shipping method available, and the shipping rate is $9.
Returned Packages

If your order was shipped and returned to me for any reason, you will be responsible for your own shipping fee, which will be invoiced before your order is shipped again.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping to P.O. boxes &. APO/FPO addresses
Radiant Crystal ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping Confirmation &. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email or text message that contains your tracking information once your order has been fulfilled. Please check your spam folder if you do not see any emails from Radiant Crystal.

Lost Packages
Radiant Crystal is not responsible for any packages lost during shipping. If your tracking number shows that your order was shipped/out for delivery, but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office for further assistance.
